January Exercise Decisions......
So, like millions of others out there, after a failed intention to train throughout the holidays, I headed back to gym today to work off the over indulging of the past few weeks. How bad 2 weeks can be. What a rough session it was. Surely going to feel it tomorrow.
To go with that, I've been researching eating plans and nutrition (NOT fast diets, eating plans, a lifestyle if you wish) and I cam across the below. Quite an interesting concept. Being the skeptic that I am, I'm still not sure about it, but keen to give it a try. It goes against everything I've learnt in the past 15 years of training teaching me to eat more. Having said that, it hasn't always worked and maybe it is time for a change.
