Lynchistan?

Low IQ people have done it again. This time a Google software engineer, Mohammad Azam, has been lynched by a low IQ mob of 200, in Karnataka, on 13 July, 2018. While he's died, 3 others are fighting for their lives.
This is also reported to be another WhatsApp inspired attack. What it means is, the mobs, almost all over India, have been uniformly acting on certain nation wide rumors circulated via WhatsApp. Invariably labeling the victims as "Child-lifters". Pretty much all over India, bizarrely.
Could it be possible that the perpetrators, at least in some cases, have had lynched the innocent souls with ulterior motives other than the professed suspicion for child-lifting? It's easy for me to suspect anyone of anything. Just saying. I don't think it's wise to fall for the words of those whose hands have done the killings.
Lynch mob incidents have been spreading all over the country in recent months.
