Here we see that the top 9 videos on the top 10 to be nothing but music videos , except for MASHA and the Bear on the Top 5 Rank. So we can conclude few things here:

Your Video has to be a Music video to even reach the top 10 rank.
Lots of editing and hardwork should be shown on the video
Big Faces in the video is a must.
It has to be what everyone on internet will keep watching on loop
It has to have a stable flow of pattern in information delivery
Colors should not be too bright or too dark
