The Louvre of Cebu

It's a delight to feel the love with this atmosphere. Inside is cold but feels so warm. The servers were great. The food is not that special but the overall experience is perfect, I'd say. This goes well with friends or dine with a loved one. Coffees and wines and pizza is a plus, too!
