@furion is working on SteemQ, I'd suggest following him for updates on that project. I doubt Steemit will host videos ever - only the photo upload was on their roadmap. Let us know if you hear back from him!
Steemit Inc could always choose to integrate SteemQ directly into the platform.
Sure, they are most likely supporting the project (and others) too.
I will indeed let you know if/when I hear back from him. And we do need some kind of video platform before we can move all the way away from youtube. But its only a matter of time! But for now I will upload videos to youtube and just link them here. and I'm following furion now, thanks for suggesting it, and for getting back so fast. Take it easy!!
