It doesn’t work like that. You only need the ability to talk, but for many others who use apps and platforms for calls, a whole range of functions that they will actually use definitely doesn’t hurt. I really like the integration of AI into such things, and in articles like at the link here you can read that there are already AI tools and functions that improve both the quality of the call and its effectiveness, if it’s about a business call. Personalization also matters. It’s important everywhere, but even here it plays a role. The ability to customize the platform for yourself, that’s what I mean.
