Review of the series from me:
An ingenious series! In my opinion, the Family of the Sopranos is one of those series that does not bother looking through all the seasons.

From the first series, you realize that the series is absolutely unique. It is, of course, difficult to guess what extent this uniqueness will accrue in the next six seasons. But the first thing that caught me was a brilliant synthesis of realism bordering on gloom (or, rather, some unusual subtle atmosphere), and sparkling humor.

Absolutely amazing is the development of characters. With each series, with each season there is a feeling of growing tension and understanding that everything will end as it should end. That the changes taking place with the protagonists are irreversible. After watching the series, you involuntarily recall the very first series, how it all began, and you are amazed at the metamorphoses of the heroes - the way they passed is really grandiose. And you are worried about everyone, despite the fact that they are all far from good people. You do not justify them, you just become attached.

Acting is beyond praise. The characters look so organic, you believe every smile, every grimace, every word.

I'm still convinced that this is one of the most brilliant TV series ever made. Black humor, real characters. Magnificent music - the soundtrack captivated me from the first series. Already the initial theme for a long time became my favorite song. Although I could not find out how it is called and who performs it. However, the music did not disappoint.

It gives the atmosphere and just makes finding somewhere a CD. As the series not only differs in a twisted plot, but also for vitality and unadornedness, it's just brilliance. Here you do not find the romanticization of organized crime, admiring it, as in the same "Godfather". Although the denigration - as far as I, in life is not very familiar with this subject, I can judge - also not. Everything is extremely honest. Sociopaths are also people.

"The Sopranos" is a brilliant work from all points of view. Here you will not get involved either in directing, or in the work of the cast, screenwriters and cameramen. The work of each of them contributed to the creation of a masterpiece.

Interesting Facts:
Tony Siriko, who plays Poly Galtieri, was repeatedly prosecuted, arrested 28 times and served time, but in the mid-1970s he became an actor and since then has had no problems with the law.

Originally, the Soprano Family was created as a series for FOX TV in the mid-1990s, but eventually this project was not launched there.

Each character in the series has a Philips TV.
