In my own Sherlock Holmes Investigation of the Vegas Shooting Massacre, nothing seems to make sense, knowing the investigation is ongoing and limited information is available. My quest for knowledge has sent me to the depths of the internet research to determine what basic sound and physics can be used to understand this horrific event. Here is what I discovered thus far.

First, when watching the body cams released by the Las Vegas Police Department the sound of the gunfire is very clear and distinct. The officers are unable to directly determine the exact location, seeing it from a window of the Mandalay Resort. Some private investigators have stated that some of the windows open not for guests but for window washers. It is critical the officers should find out from the company used to wash windows what floors and windows are able to be opened to determine additional places that could have been used to fire additional weaponry.

Here is the Las Vegas Police body cam footage:

This article is entitled as "One Shooter Mission Impossible" because knowing little to nothing about assault rifles I sought to know more and turned to where else but videos of experts. As I was being told, by many self proclaimed gun experts that the shooting by a 64 year old easy going and often intoxicated man was entirely plausible. My experience was limited to shooting rifles belonging to ex-boyfriends at outdoor gun ranges and it was not easy or comfortable and I am an athletic sporty type of gal. Nothing released about the gunfire seemed to make sense.

After examining several videos of the AR-15 Assault rifle, finally one posted by an Iraq Veteran, if he did not know about the AR-15 then who the hell would?! Amazingly the rifle he used had the exact same bump stock attachment with bomb proof insulated muzzle. If a person just does a basic count of the long AR-15 discharge fire sounds they last for about 15 seconds. In the Iraq Veteran video posted in 2015 an X-50 clip of 50 rounds barely lasts 5 seconds before needing to reload. The AR-15 muzzle gets so hot it eventually melts, which means the Las Vegas shooter would have had to change guns and rounds before the 15 second continuous sound of gunfire. My humble sherlock holmes opinion is that the gunfire was simultaneously coordinated and that is why in the police cam video one can hear initial rapid gunfire before the long AR-15 gun blasts. Like a professional choir warming up to sing together, it sounds to me these were professional shooters warming up to fire simultaneously together. Please listen and see what your own investigation reveals.

The Iraq Veteran video of the AR-15 Meltdown is below:

Just for fun and to lighten the darkness of the investigation, an acapella trio singing Royals together, the example in my mind when listening to the coordinated firing of the rifles, sounds like one voice but is actually multiple voices, you get the idea, Enjoy!
