This morning I had the pleasure of a healthy indulgent breakfast. A Vegan sandwich!

Bread - Downie Street bakery on the free table at the Local CFC
Tomatos - from the Local CFC Monday market
Lettuce - grown in our Local CFC garden
Fermented Onion Relish - from the Local CFC Monday Fermenting Club
Fermented Mustard - from the Local CFC Monday Fermenting Club
