Vegan witchcraft is the perfect way to describe it 😂 as a big baker before going vegan I was worried about exactly how I was going to recreate egg whites. I am not a big fan of egg replacer simply because I believe you don't have to buy an expensive egg replacer when there are perfectly good substitutes lying around your kitchen 😆
