There is not one good reason to consume milk from another species ...
aside from cow milk being one of the most health degenerating foods for humans (acid forming, mucus forming, causes lymphatic stagnation, causes calcium loss within our bodies, etc.), harm is caused to the animal period...
There are so many alternatives available, from coconut milk, to almond milk (although none of these packaged ,processed milks are truly health promoting, they still are a step up from consuming another species milks - cross speciesism)...
I always recommend homemade banana milk if someone truly wants milk in their diets or for transition... Banana Milk is simple to make, milky, frothy & health promoting...
Banana Milk:🍌
Blend a few dates with 2-3 cups of distilled water until smooth... add 1 banana & blend... add a touch of cinnamon if desired - serve warm in winter (let vita mix run for awhile), or serve room temperature or cold ....
