Hi Connie I'm making this right now and have a question. It's simmering in the pot right now. One part of the video says I'm supposed to transfer it to the oven for 90 minutes on 275. But at the end of the video it looks like you took it straight out of the pot and put it in the frying pan. Which one is correct? (btw, the pot that I'm using has plastic handles so I can't put it in the oven...)
