This is such a great idea. Never used Aquafina very often, only to make meringues. Thanks for the inspiration. They look so good and super easy to make.
I also haven't used aquafaba as much as I would have liked to so I cannot wait to try it out in more recipes! 😆
Now that you mention meringues, I think I am going to try out making a vegan lemon meringue pie soon 🍋 💚
Hmm sounds so good! And likewise... should use it more but it is so much work to boil it down to the right consistency you need. But I am almost out of pre-cooked chickpeas in the freezer so should soak and boil some in the coming days!
