This video deals with the first step of finding a job. Most people think it is writing a resume, but you cannot go straight into writing a resume. First, you have to have an honest self appraisal of your values, attitude and goals. Only then, can you begin to work on filling out applications and applying to various companies. By completing a self reflection, you can better know your product, yourself! Remember, an interview is essentially a sales meeting, but you cannot complete a sale until you know the product from start to finish. Now is the time to learn and reflect on that product.
