After the judge’s ruling in the courtroom, parents of the children—who are now being treated as 21st century lepers—embraced each other in disappointment and shame. 'Preventing my child from being with his class, his teacher, his classroom, has had a significant social and psychological impact,' said a parent of a 4-year old preschooler who declined to give her name. 'He is confused, given his young age, about why he isn’t allowed on his campus,' she said, her voice wavering, according to lohud.com.

The judge’s ruling was in response to a lawsuit filed by the families of 44 children who have been banned from school because they have chosen to remain unvaccinated. The lawsuit argues that Commissioner Dr. Patricia Schnabel Ruppert’s order violates the families’ religious objections to vaccinations and is unnecessary because the cases have been largely confined to insular Hasidic Jewish communities. The lawsuit showed that not a single case of measles has been reported among any of the Chestnut Ridge school’s 'excluded children,' their families, or the Fellowship Community that surrounds it. Despite this fact, the unvaccinated children are still barred from attending school."

Need I remind you all that this school year started with a West Virginia High School calling forward all the unvaccinated kids, embarrassing them thoroughly in front of their piers, and then sending them home at a SCHOOL-OPENING ASSEMBLY until the football coach and the community rallied together to get an overwhelming petition against the superintendents actions going. I can almost best the "parent disobeyer" boy at the center of the "hearings" is a phony plant of some kind too. Almost nothing these globalist mattoids and their servant sin the MSM, government and the courts system do is real. This decision to today has NOTHING to do with public safety. It's all about POWER and is another enormous publicity stunt and propaganda piece.

Sad...that these people who are supposed to care about what's best for children are being allowed to do such unnecessary harm to them in the name of quack science and governmental power.
