Travelling to Greece- Thassos Island

Hello guys! :)
I decided to share with you some of the moments that I collect from our vacation to Thassos island- Greece.

I will start with the fact that, living in Bulgaria, nearest city of Greece is around 4 hours travelling from Bulgaria. Its not that much, no?
We were in Greece several times and every time we LOVED IT. But I will not talk about Greece at all now, but I will try to concentrate on Thassos Island.
To get to Thassos Island we passed several big cities like Kavala, which actually I liked a lot! It is so beautiful and constructed like steps. All the time you go up and down the road. Here a s picture of it.

We were riding the road around 4 hours before we were supposed to go on a ferry for 1 hour and a half to get to the island.

The ferry was really full, as u can see. It was not that hot, but many people made me claustrophobic...
One of the nicest things on the ferry is that you can feed the guluses. They are very fast... You just wave your hand on the edge of the ferry and suddenly u can see so many guluses are coming and getting the food from your hand for a milisecond.
The beaches of Thasos are awesome! We prefered these kind of lonley beaches that is not too crowded, so we were searching for them. We were with a car, so we could go all around the island searching for a piece of heaven.
The common becahes are with these yellow, almost white sand, but we choose to go to a stoned one that you need special shoes unless you want to harm your feet.

It was not that expensive as we were expecting. If yout hotel doesnt own a beach ( how is in our case), you pay from 2 to 3 euro for a lounge chair, table and even A FPAPPE!
Water in the sea was so clean and even TRANSPARENT! Many people were diving, but even if you are not a fan of diving , you still can see the fish and sea urchins everywhere.

We were staying in a big appartment with a huge terrace that was situated near the beach ( 5 minutes walking). In the same time, dont forget that Thassos is an island, so there is also great nature. Here is the view of our terrace :
