For those who dont know what is this about,it is a web which reward an open source contributor with steem.

The registration process will work in the following way:
*Github, Facebook or LinkedIn connect mandatory. If the past social data is enough to verify the user, the registration on the STEEM blockchain will be implicit. Utopian will gather the data to contact the user via email and store the info in the DB. The user will have to pick a Steem username plus the generated credentials.
*If the user does not have enough social past data to verify its identity there must be a fallback to email + code verification via SMS.
