Hello guys, I am called Xandar Cage on all social networks and also here on the Steem blockchain. I have a page called "Xandar GROUP" on Facebook where I promote Open Source apps.Sometime back when the promotions began, I had promoted quite a number of the app and went on a long break but now, I'm back. Having said that, I promoted Moodle to Africa for a start. I had earlier aimed at promoting it to the countries singly but decided against that. This is because everyone here would agree that the African education sector is not so good compared to Europe or America.
Also, I focused on the Education sector as the interests of my campaign. Everyone in the Education sector has to know about the app. A school prefect could see it and make a suggestion to their admin board in a Prefect's meeting. That was the reason I focused generally on the sector. I once had such experience in my school days when our Head girl introduced something like this but not on the Open Source Projects.
For the meantime, this is just a start as I hope to face other regions singly for a second enlightenment.

Your audience was way too broad. Moodle is specifically helpful to education administrators, as it is a system to manage learning. I have critiqued other Moodle campaigns for targeting teachers, as they aren't usually in a position to implement such a system. But you targeted people interested in education. With targeting such as that, one can't be too surprised that the ad didn't have many clicks, but 0 clicks is not something I've ever seen before.
