eSteem Mobile French Translation

Hi utopians ! :)
Here is my second contribution to eSteem translations program, this time on the Mobile part, on the Crowdin platform under the username TymmeSyde (tymmesyde).

A total of 411 words were submitted, representing 99% of all available french translations.

I had some difficulties with a few translations, cannot be literal all the time, so I'll probably review these again soon.
