Apparently, you did not utilize the application properly to know features that are available or not available this will end up being a futile effort.
It is advisable you use the application properly before suggesting any feature that will be of great value on the project.

You can backup file by clicking the share Icon at the upper right of the application UI and choose if you wanna share to excel or Database.

Anyways! I appreciate your effort and I would love to see some nice thought in your next contribution
