You have not provided enough information for a moderator to associate the correct repository and it's because of this I cannot confirm if this is an opensource project.

I would also class this particular issue as cosmetic and in line with the Utopian Rules:

Cosmetic issues, that do not affect the functionality of the software, will not be accepted.

This is because the application functionality is not effected a user clicking on the delete button multiple times.
