Unfortunately, your contribution cannot be approved because I was unable to replicate the issue, this may have been a temporary issue however when I tried using the steps provided I was successfully taken to a sign up page.

Your video also didn't provide much time to allow the website to load, which makes this post less informative than it could have been.
