Even though you have provided a video this does not relate to your steps to reproduce you have provided little detail as to how to actually recreate the issue. As per the Utopian Rules:

You must provide sufficient detail to reproduce the bug.

Please note that your "How to reproduce" section simply states:

"Close the app and reopen it.."

Within your video you don't show anything which relates to this.

It is important to note, I have attempted to reproduce the bug using your video and was unable to do so, this particular application has a selection of different modes, you should have included these within your steps to reproduce as this could potentially be a cause of an issue. As per the Utopian Rules:

The length of the body of the contribution should be enough to give every possible detail about the submitted contribution.
