Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.

Related Rule:

  • Only contributions made to open source projects with a GitHub repository can be approved.

Suggestions:

  • Since there is no proper repository for C#, contributions on C# cannot be approved. And you are not allowed to use repository of the IDE, instead you should use the project's repository you contribute to.
