• It's a well prepared tutorial with supplementary visuals and explanations, but I suggest you to focus on the project you contribute to, Scilab in this case. We don't consider other instructions like general electronics subjects while reviewing your contribution, since Utopian is a company that rewards contribution to OS projects, not science or engineering.
• I would reject the tutorial if there were no additional Scilab functions explained but it only makes the contribution barely approved. Please consider this in your future contributions.
