Great work, I like the flow. Initial feedback:
- Would be great to have customizable redirect URL at the end of invitee account creation
- Nice to have: Ability to reject/delete a pending account creation [edit: I guess one can just let them expire]
- Bug: The 'Submit' button on Invite creation (and possibly affecting other forms) is disabled unless you
<Tab>out of it (or otherwise de-focus in some way)
