Your contribution cannot be approved because it is not as informative as other contributions. See the Utopian Rules.
Contributions need to be informative and descriptive in order to help readers and developers understand them.
The rule clearly stated that the length of the body of the contribution should be enough to give every possible detail about the submitted contribution. Thank you.

This description is more detailed then any software developer worth his her salt would ever need.
One can argue that it's really a bug in steemit/faucet and not a feature request for steemit/condenser and reject on that basis. And indeed it has been reported as a bug User phone number held in the system even when unconfirmed.
Notice the difference between between the bug report form Jolly-Pirate and mine. I have put 5 times the effort in to a normal bug (Jolly-Pirates is a normal bug report) and you still reject?
OK, let's not be hasty. Let's have a look at the normal utopian.io steemit/condenser postings to compare where I went wrong.

Now I see. Those postings are all about “promotion” and “awareness”
Utopian.io isn't about software development at all. You are not actually interested in technical postings describing real problems or real improvements. You are just some form of promo channel. How disappointing.
All I can say then: Sorry I bothered you.
PS: Of course I will remove my witness vote. I won't vote for a promo channel.
