HARD rules broken:

• A contribution must contain ...benefits of your work to the project owner.

• The old logo of Maps.me is already well made and well established. the color of the old logo is fits with the application main color scheme.
  
• You make the logo more complicated.the old logo aready has few elements that can represent fuctionality of the app (location point and streets)

Sugeestions:

• Try to focus on projects that really need a logo or projects that don't have any logo yet.
