Promoting Steemit to the Arab World - Facebook Ads Updates - Jan 20 2018

Introduction

After the great results of our steemit promoted facebook ad we had running for over 2 weeks, and as promised (check last update here 5 days ago), we extended this promotion to expand the reach of getting further Arabs to join the platform.
Today, we are presenting the additional growth this ongoing effort has yielded via this sponsored facebook ad promotion through our arabsteem facebook page.

Audience

Our target audience remains the same, being Arab country residents, as the purpose is to bring in Arab facebook users to learn and use steemit, which would help the platform grow further and expand its user base, leading to further success to steemit and growth in STEEM value.
Our ad is targeted towards following Arab countries:
United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco and Saudi Arabia
Target interests: blogging, crypto, bitcoin, facebook, and communities, and with no constraints on gender nor on age group.

Activity

Today marks the start of the 19th day for this ad. The promotion is calling upon joining steemit, as a social network that helps people earn money via creating and curating content. The links direct interested parties to steemit.com, and the official ad can be found here

Results

The campaign has now reached another great milestone, whereby total impressions is now at 58,623 Impressions!, which stands at over 17k impressions increase from our last update 5 days ago (41,501 Impressions back then).
Actions taken by users have also grown to 546, out of which 502 are clicks directing towards steemit.com (old results 5 days back where at to 390 actions / 354 clicks 5 days ago)

In terms of demographics, female interest got a little lower over the last five days, where the total stats dropped to 23% on actual links clicks (down from 26% on the last update)



In terms of countries, results still go along the last update, whereby Algeria is still leading with even more growth from last time (96.8% compared to 96.5% last time), while engagement from Morocco, Iraq, and Egypt is still minimal
