A Change to the Pop-up Window on NewPipe
Components
NewPipe is an Open-Source YouTube frontend for Android, it allows users to watch and download YouTube videos. One of the main features of NewPipe is the ability to play videos in a small pop-up window on your phone and that allows you to browse through your phone and watch the YouTube video at the same time. The issue I have is that every time you click on the video to make the video navigation bar and buttons like the full screen button show, it pauses the video.
The GIF above shows me clicking on the video just to see the navigation bar, but I didn't want to pause it.
Proposal
My proposal is that when you click on the video, the navigation bar and all other buttons show as usual but instead of automatically pausing the video, let there be a pause button that can give you the option to pause it if you wish.

Benefits
This gives the user the option of whether to pause it or not, it's always better to giver the power to the user instead of making the decision for them.
