Kriptojobs: A new project to help freelancers and projectson Steemit!
REPOSITORY
INTRODUCTION
Kriptojobs will be a multi-language platform where freelancers and clients will be connected, allowing the users of the site to offer and look for services or workpower, all based on the STEEM blockchain. Where the users will be able to find what they need to get their projects completed, or a revenue for their skills and services while working for any project listed here.
This project intends to make Freelancers life easier on the steem platform, and help users or potential users to offer their services and get some income from they’re skills and capabilities.
THE PROJECT
As it was stated before, the project's main goal is to make easier and faster connections for the freelancers, which lead into work opportunities inside this community. The site will use SteemConnect to allow users to connect to their STEEM accounts and create a post through the Kriptojob’s front end. This way, the user’s private information will remain safe within their web browsers.

How it's going to work
Users will be able to search via tags or words, be it freelancers that are skilled or proficient in a particular job, or projects that require those set of skills. The site will handle and show all this information in the most professional way, as this is the sector and users we are targeting with this project.
The services and projects will be shown in several currencies, but the payments are to be done via Steem or SBD, with this, we intend to encourage everyone to join and be active on the Steem Blockchain. The payments will be done with the help of an Escrow account, the objective is to protect both parties involved in a deal, but there will also be staff members charged with this responsibility (being in direct communication with the users in case something happens) and that would mean another job opportunity.
Once a new user signs up, in the case of a freelancer, he/she will be able to fill out a form which will ask basic questions about the skills and capabilities they have, this information will be like a curriculum vitae and will be formatted out with html and/or markdown, and then will be posted on the blockchain, this means the user will be posting about their knowledge and capabilities by just filling out a text form on the website. The project leaders or managers will also have this capabilities for their projects, they will define what they want to do, how to do it, and what does he need, and the system will pick up from there and post it. Users that don't have an account yet will be considered as guests that can freely explore the website and when they find a job or worker that interests them, they will be encouraged to create a Steem account.
Just as the users posts, the site will be able to output reports, these reports are just lists of the projects and users that are active, users that recently joined the platform and made their introduction, and highlighted or promoted users. This was thought as some kind of update of what has come up recently on Kriptojobs, and what has been around for some time, to help users drag the attention they might need.
Differences to other projects
The main difference with other freelancing websites would be that this project is solely based on the steem blockchain, and the payments would be trough SBD or STEEM crypto. This would incentivize the use of crypto, in this instance the already named tokens.
Long Term Goals
After the primary goals have been achieved, we will be looking forward to implement new features, some of those features are to help users on their search of knowledge, allowing them to take courses on different areas inside our website, this way they would be able to take on different challenges and opportunities they were not capable of before taking the course. Another feature we would like to add in the future once the team grows, is to hire more staff members, some of them will be appointed as Recruiters, in the case a project leader is not experienced enough, we would have him/her covered on that topic too!
Another important feature we want to implement is the Local or Physical Stores or shops. Because, if we are helping the independent workers and freelancers, why not help shops grow too?. We would be pointing the location on a map, and also listing their products, they would list the prices of their products and the site should convert them to SBD/STEEM.
We would also have some ideas about some kind of wizards or assistants whose function would be to help assembly project teams and to assign tasks. As some other ideas.
Conclusion
So to sum up the goals:
1-Create a platform or system that help steemit users to perform productive assignments that would allow them to get revenues for their services.
2-Motivate freelancers to join Steemit
3-Motivate the use of the STEEM/SBD/SMT tokens
4-Help freelancers to learn more and enhance their capacities via courses.

The project is intended to help freelancers to get income and live better, wherever they may be, by making it easier to connect with users that live in countries with weak economic systems.
Hi, and welcome to Utopian.
The projects looks really interesting, and the post has a good format, with very clear information and plans, and the kriptojobs team seems to be very well formed.
Unfortunately, the Github repository is empty, and the project is in an initial phase without any line of code. Also, there is not a way to see an initial prototype of the application running. Repositories without code are not supported by Utopian. It's necessary to have a minimal viable prototype running to check your advances.
Hope to see the project growing, Utopian will be happy to support the team.

Interesting.
I would work for kryptos. Sign me up! Hope you get the application or website up and running soon. I'll keep my casual eye on you guys.
One problem I see right off the bat is that this might become just another outsourcing opportunity for business owners in the US to give jobs away to freelancers in developing countries where people do the work for a Snickers bar.
Good luck! Steem certainly has quite a few people that could do with the occasional freelance job. I hope your project does well and makes the right choices in design.
Count me in! I would love to share my skills with everyone!
