• The initial issues were lost with the account you created them with.
• Your FAQ is very simple and the answers are far from being self-explanatory. Some questions (as can happen with questions 1 and 2) just go on circles and doesn't really answer brand new and useful information.
• The extent of your FAQ is very limited for an app that needs more information and that is still under heavy development.
