People need to enjoy being on Steemit and fall in love with the experience.

Ditto..I wholeheartedly agree. (actually I kinda like it already. That might explain the fact that I'm on Steemit most of the time when I'm awake)

The easier and quicker it is for someone to discover content they feel is worth their time and attention, the more time they are willing to spend.

That is SO correct. Right now it's kinda hard. If you don't see it within the first few hours after it's posted...poof it's gone down the rabbit hole.

Anything that can be done to improve the USER EXPERIENCE is worth trying.
