Hi @amosbastian! Thank you for your fast response. As the package mindr has been submitted to CRAN, it has to fulfill the CRAN requirements, including the CRAN rule of license. It means that I have to clarify the license in the DESCRIPTION file like License: MIT + file LICENSE and the text you mentioned in 'LICENSE'. CRAN rejects those submissions without these texts. This CRAN rule was criticized on stackoverflow.

I have just made a new commit and added a LICENCE file for Github, and hided the CRAN LICENSE file. We will see what CRAN's response will be.
