Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.
- i think it not a bug but just because your photo does not have geo data in the photo exif data ,for which it is impossiable to load the geo data from the photo

I have got geo data in photo exif data and it is still not working,, if you don't believe please check it out on your device
