03 Chinese translation of Swarmops - Part 3- 1299 words

I performed translation for Swarmops in simplified Chinese.

Swarmops is the backend office tool for any bitcoin-native corporation, any NGO, or even a small scale government.

Swarmops is an open source admin system for swarm-type organizations. It removes all visibility of bureaucracy system and focuses on the ops aspects. By this feature, it could be a perfect bureaucracy system solution for people who thoroughly dislike bureaucracy.

There are three main goals for Swarmops:

Organizing swarm activism to effectively change policy.
Manage native-bitcoin startups' cashflow and accounting.
Run civil liberties resistances in repressive regimes.
It manages decentralized authority, volunteers, members, activists, budgets, mass communications, expenses, payroll, invoices, and complete financials/bookkeeping. It will be a new generation bureaucracy system which has a strong relationship with cryptocurrency.

There are some duplicated words in the translation. That is the reason why there is a difference between the amount of translated words in contribution report and time line.

The translation done in Part3 of this project is completely different than that in Part2. In Part2, there are big paragraphs to be translated. It took me time to think about the best way to express the meaning in Chinese with a easy to understand translation. While, in Part3, there are so many single words and phrases without any context. It is a more difficult case comparing with work in Part2. For example, the word "president" has many different meanings in Chinese. Two of them which are "总统" and "总裁" seem to suit the case. When I translated it, firstly I translated it as "董事长". But after that, I found a lot of words like: First Lady, Minister of the Interior, Minister of Foreign Affairs, etc. They are no way to be a position in a company, so I believe here it should be "总统". So I turn back and modify all my previous translation. And also moderator gives me a lot of good advises using their sight , like the word "Mid-Atlantic", it means "a region of the United States generally including Delaware; Maryland; Virginia; and usually New York; Pennsylvania; New Jersey;". Without the help from moderator, it will be hard for me to find the exact meaning of this word.
