Expected behavior

User must be able to submit a post after clicking on the "post" icon at the bottom right of the post creation page.

Actual behavior

User is unable to submit a post or unable to click on the "post" icon because of the "scroll to top ⬆️" icon overlapping with the "post" icon.

How to reproduce

  • To reproduce this bug open Chrome browser and browse busy.org and sign in.

  • Then click on the editor icon at the top besides the search icon.

  • It will take you to post creation page. Then write a post with title tag and body.

  • Then to submit the post scroll all the way down and at the very bottom right you will see the "post" icon. Click on the icon to submit your post.

  • Note that user will face the bug that after clicking on the "post" icon "scroll top" icon will appear or after scrolling down "scroll top" icon appears immediately and overlap with the "post" icon so that the user can't submit the post.

  • Browser: Google Chrome v67.0.3396.87

  • Operating system: Android 7.0

    Thanks for your contribution.

    I am able to replicate the issue you mention, however, the way this is described is slightly misleading as you can submit a post and your video clearly shows you only pressing the icon rather than trying to click the button itself. I have marked this bug as negligable due to it's easy to work around and not being able to identify a device where this becomes a blocker within my testing.

    1. You should have included the device which you used and mentions your screen size within this bug to help provide more information to the developer.
    2. I would have liked to have seen you try to pinpoint the issue within the code and potentially tried to find a potential fix.
    3. Great to see you reporting this to GitHub, I would have liked to have seen you wait for the project owners reply prior to contributing, this is considered best practice and something to consider within your next contribution.
