the voicemail feature is not working

Expected behavior

I am trying to chat with my friends but when I want to send voicemails but the feature is not working and says error, I want voice mail to be usable, I think this is a bug that should be fixed because all the features in this app are required,

Actual behavior

after I open the app, I want to chat with my friend, and then I want to send a voice message to my friend and it turns out the feature does not work and says error

How to reproduce

you first download Pesankita Indonesia app on PlayStore with version 1.3.2
after you download you must register it with phone number,
after that you can go into a chat room to send voice messages

  • Browser: Pesankita Indonesia : version 1.3.2
  • Operating system: Oppo A71
  • Android Version 7.0
