Tutorial create a stamp

Rubber Runaflex is classified type stamp that old school but until now still much in use by various circles including the shops that still exist diseputaran us.
here is how to create a Stamp using Rubber Runaflek
prepare the materials and tools first.

Material :

• Picture in tracing paper
• Rubber Runaflek
• Thinner A
• Fuel
• Wood Stamp
• Double tip
  Tools:
• Plywood or flat wood board for Alas
• Glass to cover
• Tooth brush
• Dose cup
• Glass / Bowl

after all the materials and tools already exist, now we do the process of making the stamp, the following ways

• Create a Stamp design using CorelDRAW program
• Print the sampeyan design in tracing paper if you have a laser jet printer or print with a diskjet printer with plain paper and a photo copy in tracing paper, or print directly with mica (transparent plastic) that is specialized for printing with diskjet printers, widely available in the market, main when using mica bigitu finished ngeprint process directly sampeyan dry, the most easy to use iron with mica position under iron with distance about 2 cm between sperd with mica film
• Prepare plywood and glass board in a flat and closed / dark place.
• Install rubber runaflek above the board with the provisions of rubber position as follows: cork, rubber and top mica.
• Cork can be stored and the upper mica can be removed and later replaced by glass
• Note the position of rubber do not upside down, a slightly stiff position is placed below and that was there under the mica placed above.
• Put the image on the tracing paper on top of the runaflek rubber with the upside position, because the image will be printed upside down and when used will be printed correctly.
• Cover with clear glass and dry / heat in hot weather approximately 15 - 20 minutes.
• While drying the rubber was prepared Solution, gasoline solution with 1: 1 thiner solution mixed in a glass.
• After more or less enough in the drying lift the rubber and remove the glass, tracing image from the board.
• Take the Rubber and rub it with a brush by using the liquid solution on the top of the rubber.
• Rub continuously until the image appears on the rubber surface.
• When finished dry, then cut in accordance with the stamp shape.
• Install the rubber with the cork provided earlier using a double tip.
• After that plug the already stuck dikaret with wood stamp with glue castol.
