search bar always redirecting to google on steemgigs

introduction

steemgigs is a new platform that was introduced few days ago by surpassinggoogle. it is a nice platform to send out gigs to members and get paid.

suggestion

the site had an aswesome look similar to the busy platform but there is aflaw i would like to be improved on the site. The search button is a very big flaw i noticed didnt work well as it always redirects to google even when trying to search a username. suggestions from the database of steemit should pop up bringing out the names of members as it is being typed.

Benefits

There are great benefits attached to this suggestion as any member would be searched out instantly when about to give out a gig. also it gives the site a great look enabling us to see different members with almost similar names.
the whole point of the site is to meet people and give out gigs. now that wont be possible if we have to search through google and get to steemit before accessing someone on steemgigs.
