US Défense Chief Urges Beijing to Initiate Dialogue to Prevent Escalation of Conflict

The United States Secretary of Défense, Lloyd Austin, delivered a speech at the IISS Shangri-La Dialogue 2023, emphasizing the significance of dialogue to address the strained relationship between the United States and China.
