I want to study in USA!

I want to study in America, but there are no seats for Ukrainian. Now, i'm in 11th form. I always get good marks and results.
You may ask "Why don't you want to study in Ukraine?"
I want... I want work for my mother country. But study in Ukraine is very expensive and the number of free seats is significantly reduced.
Our politicians do not want to care about the generation and many ambitious smart young people work just in McDonald's.
I want to have a future in my country, but i think it will never come true, while politicians do not understand that the future is young progressive people.
