My Graduation

The day I graduated from college has been the happiest day in my life. As a man lives , he experiences better days and the best day of a man’s life changes with age if anyone knows what I’m talking about

Why it’s my happiest day

In life humans experiences series of backwardness and this happened to me. Everything was fine in my first year in the college and then something terrible happened and I lost my father , yeah I lost my father the only person that provides all my needs not mine alone along side my siblings and half siblings. It was a terrible loss and things changed afterwards. I thought about dropping out as many of my half siblings did cause the only pillar that supports the family is gone but my mom took it up on herself to see me through college.

My superhero

It was a rough journey, many times in school I went to bed without dinner and I never had breakfast but brunch for 3 years , yeah for 3years but I survived. As the years passes, things got tougher as a new president was elected and workers are not paid regularly, her salaries and that of others are held for 7-8months and that time I almost gave up, my brunch became the only meal I have daily but that wasn’t a discouragement but a reason to hold on tight which I did. Finally my patience paid off and I became a graduate, I still owe the institution some amount of money and I still have my certificate with them but I can always go back for that. And this is one of the main reason why I’m here on steemit , to be able to earn what I owe the school and get my certification and winning this contest will contribute to the mission of saving up for my certificate.
