Hello friend @tatjanastan, my favorite food is the chickpea meatballs, this dish is so simple to make and it is so exquisite that I invite you to enjoy it. When I buy chickpeas, my mind does not tell me anything else to do, my mind becomes cloudy and I only draw the meatballs. As a robot, I start to prepare. Even with closed eyes, I could do it. Well, I'm exaggerating! You only need: 2 cups of chickpeas, 2 tablespoons. flaxseed, 1/2 ground bread, 1 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder, 1 tsp. of onion powder, parsley, oregano, basil, salt and pepper to taste. Now; Soak the chickpeas for four hours, boil them until they start to leave and grind until they have a uniform consistency. Combine the flaxseed with six tablespoons of water and let it sit for fifteen minutes. In a blender combine both ingredients and add the bread crumbs. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Accompany it with bread. Ummm, good appetite.
