Due to a lot of changes in the past four months since our last post, we decided to change our approach slightly and make one by one step ahead at the time.

Besides some personal issues that some of our team members had to deal with, in the same time frame happened significant drop down of Steem/SBD prices (which from our last post dropped down from $2.79 to current $0.96 for 1 Steem), and as well some changes on Steemit platform itself, such as it is different payouts for Authors' rewards and some others.

To cut the chase, here it is how we are going to operate from now on.

Starting from tomorrow, September 1st, 2018 we are going to find, pick and publish in our daily reports 10 articles of our choice that we perceive as original and good quality ones but undervalued or otherwise worthy higher visibility and exposure.

Our team would vote for each article in a point range from 1-10, and the one that collects the highest amount of points will receive one free 100% upvote from Upvocur's account.

Our judgment might seem very subjective to some, but as we are investing in this project our own time and money we find ourselves entitled to reserve that right.

Despite that, we would give our best to review the articles in detail, so it should be self-understood that the selected posts would always be under our latest active rules and TOS.

As well, we would inform the authors whose posts are going to be featured in our daily reports by leaving the comment under their posts.

The authors of the remaining 9 featured articles in our daily report may request our 100% upvote, which current upvoting minimum (at 80%) is 0.011 STU, by paying only 0.005 SBD or Steem with the post link in the memo.

Other Steemians whose articles were not picked by our team and published in our daily report may equally compete for our 100% upvote if their posts are following our rules and TOS.

Just keep in mind that we have only 9 additional votes available per day and that they are going to be given on the "first come, first serve," bases.

Therefore, read our rules and TOS (below) carefully and check our wallet before sending any funds!!!

UpVoCur New Adjusted Model Rules & TOS

1. Acceptable Authors/Accounts

All Steemians who hold own Steem Power in between 0.000 and 5,000 SP (planktons, red fishes, and minnows).

2. Acceptable Language

English only!

3. Acceptable Posts

Quality and originally created content with proper attributions (accurate link sources, etc.) when needed (e.g., for borrowed free to use for commercial purposes photos, quotes or other citations).

4. Article length

Minimum of 150 words, except for forphotography, video, arts and crafts posts that should contain a minimum of 50 words.
(The title, source links, bibliography, footnotes, self-promotional parts of your post including links to previous posts or similar, is not going to be calculated.)

5. Post Age

No older than 72 hours (3 days) at the time when applying for our upvote.

6. Payment

0.005 Steem or SBD with the post link in the memo (for our 100% upvote, min. current value of 0.011 STU).

7. Unacceptable Content

• Sexually explicit content (pornography, nudity, and other obscene materials);
• Any kind of violence, torture or hate (speech);
• Extreme political content;
• Content promoting or encouraging drug use and/or terrorist activities.

As we are no longer able to provide x3 or 300% bigger upvotes, with above-listed conditions, our Previous Rules & TOS (and their following updates) are not valid anymore and are out of force.
But we are confident that we are still one of the best services on the platform with manually done curation and among highest if not the highest ROI offer!
