Sold My 5th Kansas City Property Today for 3x Return

I've been actively trying to sell my properties in KC in favor of trading out for Chicago properties and today I sold another one, this time for 16,000 UPX instead of 15,000.

I only have 14-15 KC properties left though and some higher UPX ones that might prove more challenging to sell.

Good start so far though!
