#untalented is also designed to support steemit growth. There were more than 200 full-blown post entries to the #untalented "Who Are You" contest, which is really something! 

Yes, these soul-searching vulnerable-type posts will rank for something in the search engines and such kind of content can really touch.

Too, i tried to share many of the entries onto my Facebook & Twitter. 

I read; get touched; then i shared; so that others can get touched too.

Then non-steemians get touched; then join steemit; to be retouched! (Isn't that awesome?)

I eventually joined steemit, months after i have heard of "steemit" because i was able to relate with & connect to the author of a steemit post, that i had found organically on google!

So you may want to share some of the entries from the "Who Are You" contest to your Facebook/Twitter too and it doesn't have to be your entry. Simply visit the resteems on @steem-untalented, read some entries and when you get touched, there is a social share button underneath each of these posts.

Non-steemians may also join steemit after reading these posts, upon knowing that "flaws are allowed!"

In A Day Or Two....

I am preparing the idea for the next #untalented activity and it is very likely to be another contest. Ofcourse, the theme #untalented applies, giving every steemian the freedom of participating; "flaws allowed, reservations relegated". 

Plus, every participant will win something! No losers.

As the new contest goes on, i will keep on with my comment responses to #untalented "Who Are You" entries.

While these comment-response series will appear like i am responding to specific steemians; in every case, we will touch on things pertaining to life, "the school of life", steemit success etc and i will be leaving a general valuable message out there. for every human. 

Overall, when it comes to real success, it doesn't matter the platform. "Its steemit and beyond!" 

And when it comes to SBDs, its not necessarily about the amount of SBDs; it is more about the substance of the human behind the SBDs. 

My comment response series continues. 

Today's post will respond to only one entry because this is a really lengthy response and its to @stellabelle. 

@stellabelle wrote her entry when she was in her low moments. Please read her entry here!

She described herself quickly and with conviction, using this hand-drawing:

Then she followed it up with these words:

 The upturned eyebrows give way to my true nature which is filled with a kind of ever-present mild panic. I like to think that I am served panic pancakes each morning by a nasty little elf, and that one day, I will find which cabinet this elf lives in and kick him out for good. 

@stellabelle's mind sometimes, also entertains fears and doubts! On a human level, she is very curious, observant of humans, is simple and determined. 

However, for a period of her life, she has not been able to connect with people as much as she would like.

Over the course of this post, i will be focus on one thing: "the state of @stellabelle's mind". @stellabelle has many virtues, gifts, accolades etc but her mind works her up a lot and "wars against one's mind" are the biggest wars, according to me and need extra attention.

Too, i sat in a Psychiatrist's office yesterday being interviewed (i was trying to see if i can fix my sleep disorder) and as i related the state of my mind to the doctor, i remembered @stellabelle and i tried to use the state of her mind, to process mine and i came to see newer things.

So, let's see if we can find out first, the exact breed of the elves/elf in her mind, then see if we can send just the right dose of new leaf their/its way. 

We may not be able to kick them out but we will certainly find them, identify their breed and bring them to repentance.

One thing is obvious, @stellabelle has an outer-space-type mind. I tell you, even she, thinks she is "writer" but i very much doubt she is. 

The capsules called "words" aren't byte-fit to encapsulate her mind. 

If she wasn't writing here on steemit and over the years, she would have made a space shuttle already or at least have produced a blockbuster Alien-type movie. Yes, the span of her imagination is that spanless.....

But i tell you, there is more; so patiently listen to my illiteracy.....

I have a similar mind but with slight variations and i will touch on these "variations" as therein, is the "cabinet" we seek!

A beautiful spanless mind can be brutal too because you can be locked in it; "Exit = Entry"

Like @stellabelle, many times i get lost in the spanlessness of my mind, which can be a very-very-very beautiful thing, until you get locked in it; "Exit = Entry". 

"Down-to-earth" becomes tough; loads heavier, battles hotter!

Please note: that all i am saying here, has "no books" involved. This is not some psychology! This is some down-to-earth Terry, digging himself out, to pour out loving. 

This is very illiterate of me!

More.....

Apart from her beautiful outer-space mind being ever spanless and with constant panic, her mind has a special trait; "a special interest in humans". I tell you, this "trait", from an "outer-space mind" doesn't just pop up from anywhere. 

Yes, using her mind's eye, @stellabelle would peer into other people's minds to see what goes on in there!

This special "trait" as mentioned just above, stems from something very down-to-earth: "her human aspect that's filled with love, empathy, selflessness etc"

Let's go @stellabelle, i am in your mind now and i will try help you find your elves/elf. We are getting really close!

Please note: like @stellabelle, i go into people's minds every time. Basically, i go into people minds and even fear their fears for them. This is a hassle for me really but it stems from a really good place: "a human aspect of me, that's filled with so much love".

E.g my mum is older but awww, she still wants pretty stuff; aww, she still wants to use those red lipsticks and a nice bag; awww, she still wants to catwalk but she ages away etc and hahaha, she didn't tell me these things. I found them in her mind but perhaps i take these findings to extremities and it haunts me. 

One more thing about @stellabelle's mind:

It entertains fears and from fears come constant panic. Here are @stellabelle's words:

I am I think a lonely person who has failed at a lot of things, so when I found some success recently, I tended to question its reality, or believe it would somehow be snatched from me. Lonely not because there is a lack of people around me. Lonely because I feel strange and don't connect on a deep level with most people. 

Again battling one's own mind is tough. I experience just the same but with slight variations. My own mind, won't even let me start things. A portion of my mind fights me like crazy! 

In my case though, with each battle my self-confidence stayed intact and even grew in its solidity. So over the years and even more recently with the traumas i am dealing with, i been able to put a portion of this bugging mind in its place.

A huge factor (self-confidence intact): the down-to-earth condition that i have been in, all my life. 

It is not easy to live with your mind, if it is always bugging you. More recently, i can't even take a physical step, without my mind coming into the picture saying; "if you take that step, this or that, will happen" and gosh you lose freedom and live with fears. Ultimately, with fears, you lose freedom but this battle isn't lost @stellabelle; i tell you!

Connecting with people on special levels can help bring you to a fixing @stellabelle but even fears will stand as a barrier to that. Especially, fears from having been hurt deeply by people, in the past.

"Deeply" being subjective as different minds process "deeply" different. 

So it is a hard battle @stellabelle but based on other facets of you that i see; you have the qualities to take what's yours back. 

After entering your mind, these are your tiny elves/elf

Your elf/elves lie in the tiny variations between your case and my case. 

You have not been able to place what going on, with you and your mind etc because it is hard to! You may need another world of physical experience/conditions, perhaps another "type of life", to process your own mind. However "mirrors", like me in this case can help!

I live in the world and i have done the conditions that you need. And funnily, i think i you live in the type of world that will fix me.

Your mind is in spanless mode and keeps going deep and deep and even out into space because your mind is beautiful and wants to keep on in its beauty but there is another prominent factor and its your "human"; so its a bit mixed. 

Yes, your beautiful "human" exists and its wants to stay down-to-earth.

Hahaha your mind has gone into places in outer space. It has created and innovated and envisioned to high levels, like the renown elites of the world, but your being wants to remain down-to-earth to relate and connect with more real things e.g humans not aliens, raw feelings not psychologically-defined feelings, illiterates with hearts not intellectuals who are cold etc

Yes, you read books written by great minds but what you really long after is unadulterated real stuff, born out of the lowlier ones of life. You yearn equality! You yearn balance! 

Though you have the potential of creating an outer-space shuttle and be celebrated among the elites of the world, your being deep down, prefers to build something more earthly, something more real e.g a cookie, to serve the brother next to you.

Your case can be fixable! However, with venturing deep minds, even "a fixing" can very easily turn into vanity the next minute. It is dead complicated. 

Round, whole, sigh-of-relief fulfillment becomes almost impossible, so the only thing we get to do or have been doing all along is: "appease/appeasing ourselves!" 

Find "5 minutes of peace, resolution, fulfillment", then these "5 minutes" becomes vain and we seek the next "5 minutes".

My case has been slightly different! 

Though, my mind wonders into outer-space; "my relationship, connections with humans and the living conditions that i have done", have kept its tabs on me. 

I have had face-to-face contact with the deep world of hardship and suffering and i over time, i have seen bigger things than fear itself and have learned and learned and have been tapped back into earth, every time! 

I have done life like crazy, in my mind and outside and have come to have a very very very gifted understanding of it.. Not what the books of the world say, what "school of life" says. Its different! 

Your mind @stellabelle, if let loose fully, will enter a realm of greatness (outer-space) and will hang in there with the elites of the world but your "human" aspect just as equally, wants to stay "down-to-earth" and hang in there with the lowly of the world. 

Tiny scenarios to help you picture what i mean:

• a Rihanna transitioning from "Umbrella" to "Work".
• A Justin Bieber transitioning from "Baby" to a more soul-sounding "Sorry".
• A Leonardo Di Caprio going from "no beard" to "rough-looking beard".

Hahaha, stellabelle needs a Jamaica or the conditions in it. 

@stellabelle can easily be said to have the "talent of a great mind" but her talent is one, very much involving her "human" (undiluted love, heart, feelings, sense of justice, impartiality etc). 

She has a longing to keep her "human" on, even in her subconsciousness and she is not fulfilling these aspects of her, physically as much as she would want! She isn't in full-blown contact with real down-to-earth life: "the jungle" where she can relate fully and pour herself fully out and exert her mind fully, to help a brother. 

She needs some Jamaica!

It is quite marveling that she understands human suffering but that's where her gift truly lies! She has got many other talents, correct by the books but her talent is in something more real: "no books" involved and it will still shine forth still.

And that is why; even though she is not in full-blown contact with real-deal hardship and perhaps injustice, that humans round the world experience, her mind and the empathetic, sympathetic loving nature of her being, envisions these things and she begins to understand it. 

"Suffering is part of life"; @stellabelle tells me this and yes it so is, but there is something called "avoidable and unnecessary" suffering and that one is more more painful!

To understand, look:

Mummy, please don't let me die. "The treatment is only 50 dollars"

Mummy, please don't let me die. "The treatment is 50 million and the doctor must be from Mars"

If the child ends up losing life, the mother will eat herself up more, if the "solution" was "50 dollars" and with all the humans on earth, she couldn't raise it.

In this world that i speak of:

• Starvation can very much be delicious too
• There are bigger things than fears
• "I have researched the magic shapes of the happiness no one escapes" just doesn't apply because "happiness" in these places is news; isn't even a topic; the more popular topic being; "how to survive with unhappiness". 

Yes, and for someone like @stellabelle, she will start to relegate the fears in her mind and cater to a brother, for she will have seen "fears" bigger than hers, in his eyes!

Hahaha, i am not exaggerating if you read between the lines. 

"Travel may fix you" but it is beyond just "a trip to Jamaica". It will involve actual contact with the conditions and the people. You will need to observe keenly on the job and process their minds. Then you will need to exert that beautiful mind of yours, to take notes again; to create new cookies to serve. Can be "pancakes" too!

Your elf will shift away from its cabinet and will find a new job.

For me, "travel" in the opposite direction, will fix me! 

I have tamed and caged my mind for so long! In the meantime, my down-to-earth-ness grew like crazy; defined and redefined, till it got established that regardless of condition, i will be the same "Terry"; loving humans. 

Now, if i flew in the opposite direction (which i will go for soon and where i am at by means of steemit), my amazing mind will be free again and i will be able to touch Earth with beautiful vibes, at the levels that i so desire. 

In The Meantime..

In the meantime @stellabelle, you can improvise; which you are already doing as is evident with your journey here on steemit. 

You can divert your mind into creating new illusions; and you can peer into the minds of a variety of humans e.g by means of steemit and through this means learn and experience these conditions almost physically. Then by means of the blockchain, create more fulfilling ways to touch and reach more lives, regardless of locations.

Understanding humans and life is rare knowledge even till date and its a gift. You have this gift and exploring this gift could give you fulfillment, for it is fulfillment that you seek.

I didn't know them but i am sure Michael Jackson, Prince, Whitney Houston, were seeking fulfillment all along!

Steemit Success Advice

@stellabelle is a popular advice and you may say successful too, so what advice can i give her you may say?

Well, according to me: success in this case, is more about fulfillment than SBDs!

So here is my advice:

Do what you already do! But, there is more......

In my case; i am very staunch in my vision. Over time you learn to tame even emotions and be in control of it. This helps you not to get "swayed and diverted" in your vision. Especially, when your vision is good & great, you need to be staunch/solid.

E.g

i tell Beyonce: don't go hurriedly worrying about your behind, because Nicky Minaj's behind is protudy and plump. 

Weigh matters!

@stellabelle, you'll need a dose of this, in your steemit journey. For you, steemit success isn't measured by your wallet. Fulfillment it is, that you seek!

As a result, your mind never stops innovating and creating. It keeps seeking! So in your quest, to connect with the world and relate with people even while on steemit; exercise caution, tread slowly, weigh matters. 

Don't let, emotions easily sway you, for it makes you look to create again and takes you away from your initial creation. 

I tell you from experience; "not everyone you see, that is not eating is suffering 

e.g i don't eat but this is because, i relegate food and love the taste of "starvation".

So basically, what i am saying is this: You are factory when it comes to creating innovative ideas guarded by your desire to make the world a better place. So while on your steemit journey, either complete on idea solidly or create one umbrella, so that every new idea you create, passes through it. 

e.g @steemgigs appears like it is out to disrupt fiverr but beyond that, it was out to direct people into the art of creating dreams and visions too. Also, it was one "idea", through which all of my other ideas can go through. 

This helps me stay focused and whatever new idea i create, will only help to complete @steemgigs solidly.

So after you have fully accomplished the one giant innovation (umbrella), that defines your vision, all your other creations like, "steemicide, secret writer, etc" can easily form a branch.

On the other hand, you can pick "steemicide" for instance, an stick to it solidly.

But considering that you are very innovative, let's work on that one giant idea (umbrella) first, that fully defines what you seek, establish it deeply-rootedly, then work on it fully, till it is very very very complete. This will bring you fulfillment and will have more reaching impact, because it will be complete!

According to me, a solid/great/broad vision is staunch, won't haste, will be unshaken by events (on steemit there are many events plus your own inclination to react to stimuli). No competition! No fears!
