How to process cassava flour (garri)

And so i was in my home town yesterday because its been a while i went there, all my family members were present and we all decided to make cassava flour so i thought it would be fun to share the process here.
Firstly, you harvest the cassava from the farm, you can harvest the quantity you feel would be enough for you and your familyIMG_20180109_075140.jpg
Secondly, you peel the cassava backs. You can see the peeled cassavas in the basin thereIMG_20180109_075126.jpgam also holding one in my hand. After that, you wash them and put them in a big. You grind them with a cassava grinder. They are pretty wet when you grind them so you put it in a drying machine to dry. It takes a day or two to dry properly depending on the quantity.
Thirdly, you now sieve it to remove the chaffs. This process makes it to be smoothIMG_20180110_134410.jpg
When its all done, the final stage is to fry. You fry it into cassava flourIMG_20180110_162549.jpg you have to be very careful with the frying because it burns easilyIMG_20180110_162540.jpgand then your cassava flour is ready.FB_IMG_1517830961560.jpgfood is ready guys, bon apettite.
