The purpose of reading the Qur'an with meaning is mainly to realize the Qur'an. It should be understood that you recited the Quranic verses but did not understand anything; Again the meaning fell, but did not understand. If this is the case, then reading with meaning will be meaningless. It will be in vain.
Is your comment directed towards something specific that I said or are you speaking in general terms? I am a bit confused as I made no reference to the Qur'an. Can you clarify your statement please?
