Very interesting article. I'm wondering if in a future article you could expound more on what redress looks like under your framework. When someone not only has harmed you but is still in the process of doing further harm to you, what is the manner of stopping it that is non-violent to the degree that one doesn't even use the courts?

Particularly when considering the police, who have extreme physical violence at their disposal. (Are you aware that 6 of the people most active in the Ferguson, MO protests have been burned to death in their cars, and the son of one found hanged (ruled a suicide)?) When authoritarianism is on the rise, what is the defense of the peacemaker?
